Belgian Pale Ales were Belgium’s answer to the growing popularity of Pilsners spreading throughout Europe. Belgian Pale Ales were not traditionally hop forward, they were more malt and yeast driven. Eight Bells is a new hybrid beer style that crosses bold, citrusy American-style hop aromas with the signature fruity, spicy, and earthy elements of Belgian yeast.
A golden ale the exudes aromas of lychee and gooseberry with light pine and white pepper. Flavour offers a firm but balanced bitterness with an estery sweetness.
