Framboise is simply a beer fermented with raspberries. While some notable framboise beers are lower in alcohol and often soured/lambic we’ve taken a modern approach with a higher ABC and a clean rustic Belgian ale strain to produce this delicate tart fruit beer.
The beer pours a deep glowing glowing fuchsia with a dense rocky pinkish head. The aroma is bursting with a fresh fruit wrapped in subtle spice of clove and pepper. The flavour is still full of fresh tart red raspberry, a little earthy, and a lovely honey note that balances the tartness. This sparkling ale finished dry with just enough tartness to make oneself smile.
Brie cheese, fruited goat cheese, fresh field greens with toasted pine nuts and peaches, brown butter lobster rolls, fish tacos with pineapple salsa, cheesecake topped with glazed fruit.
