Aromas of bright orange zest and spicy peppery note from the coriander. The flavours are full of lemony wheat character slightly acidic with subtle bitter spice on the finish

Belgian white ale or ‘witbier’ date back to 14th century Monasteries. The village of Hoegaarden is believed to be the birthplace of this style. Wit translates to ‘white’ referring to the suspended yeast and wheat proteins left in the suspension throughout the beer giving it its haze. Witbiers where originally brewed with local herbs and spices, most commonly coriander.
